If you have waited for at least 30 days since your order was dispatched and still didn't receive it or the tracking information is stuck, please contact us.
We'll contact our post office to claim the lost mail. In most cases, your mail will be delivered shortly after claiming, or returned to us if there was an issue with the address or with the delivery.
In some cases we receive a response from the post office stating that your mail is lost. Then we offer you two options: Resending the order without any extra charges, or sending you a full refund.
At the moment, the Post Office claiming processes take at least 7 days and up to 30 days until we receive a response. We apologise for the waiting times, but this process is totally out of our hands, and depends on the country it was sent to and the Post services.
