Shipping and Returns
We ship worldwide from Spain with registered and tracked mail service.
Orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 days from the date of payment. However, this processing time can be affected by occasional/temporary events as sales, holidays and busy periods (for example, Christmas).
Once the orders are taken to the post office, the delivery times will vary depending on their destination country. Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Spain): 3-7 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
- North America: 7-30 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-30 business days
- Asia Pacific: 15-30 business days
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 15-30 business days
How to track your order
When your order is shipped you'll receive a dispatch notification containing a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Use your preferred mail tracker service to check your package at any time.
1. All shipping fees include postage, handling & packaging costs.
2. Buyers are responsible for the customs duties and import taxes in their countries when applicable.
3. Please double check the shipping address during the checkout process. In case that an order is shipped with an incorrectly provided address, buyers will bear the cost of lost parcels or extra shipping fees.
4. If your package returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, we will contact you to arrange the reship. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred in this case.
5. We are responsible for any damaged item(s) during shipment. Please contact us with your order number and picture(s) of the damaged item(s) within 1 week of receipt o 60 calendar days since your purchase, whatever comes first, and we will send you replacement(s) or issue refund.
Our policy lasts 60 calendar days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us in a period of 7 calendar days since the order was received, or 60 days since your purchase, whatever comes first. We'll be happy to replace, exchange or refund any damaged or faulty items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Downloadable software products
- Customized or personalized items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, any costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
