This kit features our original character Vivianne, who loves traveling, good coffee and photography. She also enjoys filling her travel journal with lots of memories! This kit was made for girls that, as Vivianne, have a free, adventurer spirit and never give up!

Specially designed for Erin Condren Vertical and Happy Planner, but will perfectly adapt to any A5, B6 or similar sized agendas, planners or journals. Use it as creatively as you want!

A) Choose one sheet design as shown in the pictures:

1 - Full Boxes: 8 decorative boxes featuring hand drawn scenes and letterings.

2 - Checklist boxes: 8 checklist boxes.

3 - Functional: 6 half boxes, 2 mini list boxes, 2 quarter boxes, 1 Weekend banner.

4 - Headers: 30 assorted headers, 8 list flags.

5 - Weekdays: Washi tape and weekdays to cover the top of the pages, 2 customizable clocks, 4 flags, varied decoration.

6 - Washi: To cover the bottom of the pages and/or decorating anything you can imagine!

B) Choose a paper finish: smooth matte or glossy sticker paper.

C) Choose your planner size, ErinCondren Vertical or Happy planner Classic. It affects the size of the "1 - Full Boxes" and the "2 - Full Checklist Boxes" only.

Matte Sticker Paper

• The cheapest option
• Thin and smooth, with a paper-like finish, doesn't add much bulk.
• Colors may appear less intense or duller.

Premium Matte Sticker Paper

• Vibrant and crisp colors
• Extra smooth finish, and more opaque than the regular matte.
• Waterproof

Clear Matte Sticker Paper

• Transparent with a slight frosted surface. Washi-like paper that allows a total integration of the sticker on the paper surface.
• Similar print quality to Premium Matte
• Very thin so it doesn't add much bulk. Peel with care!

Glossy Sticker Paper

• Similar print quality to Premium Matte
• Satin surface
• Soon to be retired from the shop!

Vellum

• Also called tracing paper, vellum is a translucent paper generally used for planner dashboards and separators, scrapbooking and other crafting projects.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Spain with registered and tracked mail service. 

Orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 days from the date of payment. However, this processing time can be affected by occasional/temporary events as sales, holidays and busy periods (for example, Christmas).

Once the orders are taken to the post office, the delivery times will vary depending on their destination country. Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (Spain): 3-7 business days
• United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
• North America: 7-30 business days
• Europe: 7-15 business days
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-30 business days
• Asia Pacific: 15-30 business days
• Latin America and the Caribbean: 15-30 business days

How to track your order

When your order is shipped you'll receive a dispatch notification containing a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Use your preferred mail tracker service to check your package at any time.

Shipping policies

1. All shipping fees include postage, handling & packaging costs.

2. Buyers are responsible for the customs duties and import taxes in their countries when applicable.

3. Please double check the shipping address during the checkout process. In case that an order is shipped with an incorrectly provided address, buyers will bear the cost of lost parcels or extra shipping fees.

4. If your package returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, we will contact you to arrange the reship. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred in this case.

5. We are responsible for any damaged item(s) during shipment. Please contact us with your order number and picture(s) of the damaged item(s) within 1 week of receipt o 60 calendar days since your purchase, whatever comes first, and we will send you replacement(s) or issue refund.

Refund Policy 

Our policy lasts 60 calendar days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders 

If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us in a period of 7 calendar days since the order was received, or 60 days since your purchase, whatever comes first. We'll be happy to replace, exchange or refund any damaged or faulty items.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Downloadable software products
- Customized or personalized items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, any costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@vivastationery.com.
